Our Airport Arrival Transfer service provides up to 30-45 minutes of complimentary wait time for international arrivals requiring customs clearance. This allows you sufficient time to complete the necessary formalities, deplane, and retrieve your luggage without any additional charges.
Please ensure that you meet your designated chauffeur and/or greeter within the provided free wait time. In the event that you do not meet your chauffeur and/or greeter or fail to contact us within the specified time frame, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and you will be billed in full for the service.

While we make every effort to update flight arrival times when a correct flight number is provided, please be aware that this information is reliant on the details given to us by the airline or airport. Therefore, we strongly advise you to inform us promptly of any changes or updates to your flight information.

By placing a reservation with Embassy Limo Services, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies and conditions:
Authorization for Credit Card Charges: You authorize Embassy Limo Services to charge your credit card in full for all charges related to your reservation, as outlined in the terms and conditions herein. This includes, but is not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation in the event that you are considered a no-show.
Service Rendered: Service is deemed to be rendered when Embassy Limo Services arrives at the scheduled pick-up time or after the expiration of the cancellation period, as applicable.
These terms and conditions are an integral part of your reservation with Embassy Limo Services. Please ensure you review and understand them fully before proceeding with your booking. If you have any questions or require further clarification, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, a payment in full will be applied.
Canadian Airport Arrivals and Departure Transfers: For Canadian airport arrivals and departure transfers, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. For roundtrip orders, each leg of the journey must be cancelled as two separate orders.
